What products do I need to purchase to be eligible for the promotion?

To qualify purchase at least 1 participating Beefeater BBQ product during the Promotional Period.

The participating models are BBG1640DA, BBG1640SA, BBG1650DA, BBG1650SA, BBG1250BB, BBG1240BB, BBG1250SB, BBG1240SB, BMG1251SB, BMG1241SB, BMG1251BB, BMG1241BB, BMG1651DA, BMG1641DA, BMG1651SA, BMG1641SA.

How long does the promotion last?

You must purchase your participating Beefeater BBQ product during the Promotional Period: 13th September 2021 to 14th November 2021.

When is the latest I can submit a claim?

All claims (online or by mail) must be submitted and received between : 13th September 2021 to 14th November 2021.

No claims will be accepted after the 14th November 2021 whether by online or post.

How do I enter this promotion?

You must complete the online form at: beefeaterbbqwin.com.au

Follow the prompts to the claim page during the Promotional Period and fill out the required details.

You will be required to supply the following information:

  • Contact details: Name, Number, email address & state
  • Full address in order to receive your reward
  • Product details: Model number and Serial Number and status of your order
  • Tax Invoice details: Purchase date and image of tax invoice
  • Retailer details: Retailer name, suburb and State

Once you provide the above details, submit your claim. You will receive email confirmation of your claim and claim ID number.

What is required of my tax invoice?

In accordance to the Terms & Conditions, please provide a valid purchase Tax Invoice.

A valid Tax Invoice is to contain the name of the retail store, a valid Australian Business Number (ABN), the details of the purchased appliance (model number and description) and the full name of the purchaser.

The customer name on the tax invoice must also match the name of the person claiming the Reward.

The tax invoice must be paid in full.

Your uploaded tax invoice image must be in jpg/png/gif/pdf format.

I don't have internet or email, is there another way for me to enter in this promotion?

You can mail in your claim to PO Box 7280, Alexandria, NSW 2015.  You must include the following details with the letter:

  1. Name (must be the same name as on the tax invoice)
  2. Contact phone number
  3. Email address
  4. Full address
  5. Copy of tax invoice

I entered a different name on the online claim form, from the name shown on the tax invoice. Is this OK?

No, it is not. The name/entrant on the claim form must match the name on the tax invoice, in order to be eligible for this promotion. Claims that are received showing a different name will be made invalid.

What is the gift with purchase?

Every valid entry received will receive a 1x Peer Sorensen Acacia Wood Paddle Board valued at $84.95 and 1x Scanpan Classic Chef’s Knife 20cm valued at $103.95.

When will I receive my reward?

Please allow 6-8 weeks to receive your gift from the end of Redemption Period.

My delivery address has changed since I entered my online claim details. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible to update your address details to ensure your items are delivered to the correct address.

Why is there no box to tick for Privacy? Is it a secure website?

Why don't I get an email back straight away after registering?

Sometimes there are short delays in email transmission. If you have not received a confirmation email within an hour, you may have entered an incorrect email address. It is also possible that your email service provider is blocking this mail as Spam or Junk mail. Please check your Spam and Junk Mail folders. If you still have not received a confirmation email you can contact us via email at: [email protected] for assistance.

How do I update my details on the online claim form?

You can update your personal details or product serial numbers via clicking on the link you received in the confirmation email. You can only update these details prior to validation.

Where can I find my serial number?

Your serial number can be found on the product box, on a white sticker. If you don’t have the box anymore, you can find the serial number on the product itself. Please use our Serial Number guide to find your serial number:  download guide PDF

My product is on backorder or out of stock and I can’t supply my serial number. Can I still submit a claim?

Yes, if you have purchased and paid in full your qualifying products during the Promotional Period by the 14th November.

You must submit your claim before the 14th November 2021.

Once your claim is received you will receive an email with a link to allow you to summit your serial number when your product arrives. You have until 12th February 2022 to submit your serial number to ensure that your claim can be validated for your Reward.

Failure to submit your serial number by the 12th February 2022 period will render your claim invalid.

Will products purchased from commercial (trade) or wholesale suppliers be accepted?

No, purchases made from commercial or wholesale suppliers are not eligible for this promotion.

Will products purchased on staff sale or trade seconds be accepted?

No, purchases made through staff sale or trade seconds are not eligible for this promotion.

How do I enter the major prize draw for the trip to the 2022 Gourmet Escapes Festival?

All valid entries submitted within the promotional period will be automatically entered into the major prize draw.

What is included in the trip to the 2022 Gourmet Escapes Festival?

The Prize will include:

  • Return economy airfares for 2 from the winners nearest Australian capital city to Margaret River, WA
  • All airline and airport taxes
  • Return private transfers from airport to accommodation

When will the major prize be drawn?
